CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
FOR E-BIKES:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a 100% refund of the total order price.
All refunds for e-bikes purchased through the Cycle to Work Scheme will have the Cycle to Work portion refunded to the third party who made the initial payment (Employer directly, or third party provider e.g Cyclescheme, Travelhub etc)
2. Refund Exclusions:
The refund excludes original shipping costs.
3. Return Within 14 Days:
If shipped, you have the right to return your bike within 14 days after delivery.
The bike must be packed in the original box with the original protection material.
The bike should be free from dirt, dust and in original condition, un-used.
4. Time Limit for Returns:
Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
5. Return of Used Items:
Returns on used items are not accepted unless covered and pre-approved under our limited warranty. As per terms of our warranty, Electric Bike Store reserve the right to replace or repair faulty items were appropriate.
6. Approval Requirement:
The buyer must obtain written approval from the Electric Bike Store Ltd before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Packaging Documentation:
Photograph and document the packaging before returning your bike. A label will be provided when the return is approved.
8. Return Shipping Costs:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Alternatively, the buyer may request Electric Bike Store to cover return shipping, but initial shipping fees won't be refunded.
9. Inspection Process:
Once received, the Electric Bike Store team will inspect the returned item.
10. Refund Processing:
Refunds may take up to 10 working days after being issued.
